Forum Rules & Withdrawal of ALTS updated

We have updated the forum rules:



worth noting, users no longer need 1 SPARTA token to withdraw,
we are part of Sparta, but that rule was confusing, we will have other utility use for SPARTA,
but for now we wish to make it easier for our users to get the ALTS token.


If you have a duplicate account, it is imperative to put "Duplicate account" in the "personal text" field until the account is given proper tag,
you can also send pm to admin from duplicate account, this way the tag is assigned faster.
