In this market you are right, other good quality coins are really cheap now so ico coins need to be made cheaper. They cant compare themselves with a coin that had already been in active development and been listed in the top 100 on cmc.

The reason could well be the fact that project teams are making ICO tokens too expensive, almost at same level with what we had at the bullish market.Meanwhile,the market is now 25% of its usually market.
Project teams implement better funds management strategies, avoid wastages and unnecessary  expense and thus have a cheaper ICO, I personally believe that they can reduce their expense by at least 50 percent and thus ask for less, cheaper tokens as such, that way, investors will be better make returns on their investments.

In my opinion , I think ICO is not expensive. It is profitable and valuable.

Some of those who are trading below ICO price are bounty hunters. They just wait for the token to get listed on any exchange and then dump it right away at any price. I don't think serious investors who bought the tokens at ICO price would do the same. Unless they have lost faith in the project all together and want to cut losses.

I think most people are investing in ICOs due to it's cheap value but for now it looks like the becomes expensive because most of the time the market price of the crypto will drops rapidly after it is listed in the exchange market.

I think the ico project provides an allocation of airdrop, bounty, and purchase bonuses during the ico period. this makes the price of the ico token or coin decrease after being registered on the exchange. But I'm sure after the project works according to the roadmap, the value of the project will increase.

I think It is not so expensive, Because ICO will be more profitable. I enjoy it.

Some projects over 95 percent drop in listing price. This means icos are expensive. But it can be related on market conditions. If there is a good project you shouldnt care too much that drops.

There are some instances that the price of token is more expensive when it is in exchange than during ICO. The future of price is depends on how the performance of the tokens potential to invite and attract more clients.

I noticed it too that most of the ICO's now are expensive after they met or reached their qouta when they get listed on some exchanges the expected price is not accurate on what they said.

Most ICO softcaps are still well within reach, especially for decent projects. Problem is that the hardcap can be set too high, almost unachievable, even more so considering the current market conditions. The price of the actual coins are irrelevant really, as long as you take into account the total supply. Either way, ICOs are definitely a dangerous game to play at the moment. I haven't taken part in one since January, and both of them are considerably below the ICO price currently, with no sign of getting even close any time soon.

most of the ICO was yesterday when Bitcoin was on the cloud with a value of 1 Bitcoin = $ 19,800.

then now Bitcoin is around $ 6,500, and that is why the token price on ICO has decreased towards Ethereum that was bought with FIAT.

One thing I have noticed is that tokens are not valued when they are really cheap. It needs price to be valued.
