I'm not sure why anyone in cryptocurrencies right now would not know that any other cryptocurrency bases their value off of the value of BTC which means BTC is king. Can we see the ending of this dominance! Would altcoin will gain independent from bitcoin dominance in the future? I've read some news that contributes to the dominance of bitcoin is because of the new investors coming into the cryptocurrency, they are using bitcoin as a GATEWAY to crypto world.  Gathering their money all is just enough to move the price of bitcoin.

I was also surprised to see the price of bitcoin dropping and other altcoin prices also coming down. I also don't know why every price dropped from Bitcoin, other altcoin prices also dropped. Could it be that Altcoin is based on the price of Bitcoin!

We can't blame bitcoin about this problem because it is the original cryptocurrency, and altcoin as being a new crypto that emanates its features and usability from bitcoin will also follow the market situation when bitcoin value goes down. Though they have different names but both bitcoin and altcoins are crypto.
