I think the system in crytpocurrency is definitely different and has the same goal, which is not centralized, although there are centralized ones like Ripple's thing.

If you look at the DOGE then this DOGE does not include coins that are capable of creating HarFork.
HardFork tends to have coins that have good development, are active and have a little supply, this DOGE in my experience does not support HardFork.
