There is a real opportunity at the moment to get in on projects that had jumped beyond a reasonable price. As with any investment though, there is no point going in blindly based on the fact that it has dropped by a huge amount. Some of these drops may be more deserved than the market implies, whereas others may have suffered unfairly and just been dragged down by general sentiment. I have a list of around 5 or 6 that I am still hoping to get in on, but they haven't fallen to my buying range yet. Still think there will be another drop before the overall markets improve, so waiting for that.
