Why do old people like investing in gold and silver rather than crypto?

in my opinion because gold and silver have a limited supply, and have little risk if compared to investment in crypto currency, but for me investment in crypto currency is an investment alternative for the long term because crypto is a technology of the future in the form of payment transactions

In my opinion, older people prefer to invest in gold or silver because they consider gold or silver safer and have less risk than crypto so they feel safe to invest there.

Gold and silver investment has been in existence since the civilization of man. It has gained the trust of most ancient and old men of our time. Cryptocurrency and the king of it, Bitcoin, is just 9 years old. A lot of old people are not well inclined to this amazing technology. It will take some time to gain the trust of these old men.
