Need help for losing karma

I am so sorry If I created this post. I want to ask about my problem. But I don't find a suitable place to discuss it. 

My Problem: So far I calculate that I have lost positive karma two times. I strongly don't know my mistakes. I am afraid someone deliberately gave me negative karmas. But if It was my mistake, I will accept it sincerely. Dear admin, how to solve this problem?
