is the beginning of the 2019 altcoin'll be back?

I think, it won't be that fast, market conditions are recovering. In my opinion, at the latest mid-year, even though it has now begun to appear, signs will increase. But it still takes time. Hopefully this year, there is a possibility that crypto market conditions will begin to improve

Maybe altcoin will be back at march this year.. because  I see altcoin is still struggling  and recover slowly  now.  Lets see.

I also think the same. I don't see a chance to rise in this month or February, the possible rise may happen on March or after March. Market still looks like very hard to improve, I think it is because of the less interest of investors. Moreover we have no good news about crypto currently.

Yeah, lots of experts point out this year 2019 to be the recovery year of cryptocurrencies.
Though the recovery did not start early in the first quarter but in the second quarter.
The market is doing well at the moment and lots of coins are recovering too.

The entire market faced a though experience as at 2018, where all coins that were listed faced the deep, affecting the investors and the project. This also made lots of the ICOs project took a very long time to come to an end. 2019 is a year of recovery and a pin point for the mark start of the bull run. ETH will hit a new peak point in the next bull market.

All the projects that were in 2019 were not much better.  But the market was much worse
 Currently the market is much better.  I hope this market will not be like 2019 anymore.  Following that previous 2017, the market is moving forward
