no, I think the admin on ACT and BTT is different, if you want to be clearer about altcoin talks, you can see the review on youtube, there the admin uploads the video directly what is altcoin talks, and you can subscribe it, because sometimes the admin makes a live broadcast on youtube.

Yes, it is absolutely legal, if it was illegal, there would not be so many people gathered for discussion on this forum, all would be incognito hidden people.

I don't think so. What for they create two crypto forums. Instead, it will compete each other and give a bad impact for the popularity. In my opinion, the admins are different. Just look at the big project behind this altcoinstalks forum, Sparta has no correlation with bitcoin talks.

Between Bitcointalk and Altcointalk both have their own Developer and Admin whose people are not the same. There is actually no connection between the two forums. So that's the information I got. What is clear is that the two forums differ greatly and the discussion is also different. So there is no need to question it anymore.

I find it hard to connect bitcointalk on altcointalks, its impossible to have connection on each other, they may have same feature and logic but they are surely not related to each other. Altcointalks has its own native token unlike bitcointalk that its purely a forum which don't have any reward system to the members but only headache, the only advantage of btt is - it was created long time ago and its known to many user around the globe.

Not at all. The admins and staffs in this forum is not related to the other forums as stated in their announcement. This forus is almost similar with the bitcointalk. However, altcoinstalks has its own rules and regulations.
