Tokens were/are develop to land in crypto market. Normally, the team created new project with product to produce in order to succeed. During in the market some instances happens that hard to survive. Unlucky some end up to failures and decided to stop the campaigns anymore. Now, who is the weaker the team or the project itself?

The weaker should be who run the project. Who creates and make the ideas to have a project, it is the team. The team can determine whether project can be successful or fail. So, the weaker is the team, not the project.
