外媒：万事达、VISA将把加密货币和ICO归为“高风险”类别

据cointelegraph援引Finance Magnates报道，支付巨头万事达和VISA将在很快把加密货币和ICO归入一个新的“高风险”类别。

根据Finance Magnates的说法，此种划分将意味着可在交易日期后的 540 天内执行退款。匿名人士还向Finance Magnates证实，万事达于 10 月 15 日开始实施，VISA则将在 12 月实施。

值得一提的是， 2018 年 7 月份，万事达CEO Ajaypal Banga称辩称，匿名的、非国家发行的加密货币都是“垃圾”，因为它们高波动性并且不能作为支票、货币等交易媒介运作。今年 1 月，VISA通过与借记卡提供商WaveCrest的合作，停止支持加密借记卡服务。（站长之家）
