Choosing Crypto as Work

I do not see the need and opportunity to fully switch to the use of cryptocurrency as the main type of earnings. Earnings in cryptocurrency is not permanent. Over the past year, almost all suffered heavy losses, and if you count on cryptocurrency as the main type of earnings, you would have to sell your coins and tokens at a very low price that currently exists on the market.
Therefore, the most acceptable option is to use cryptocurrency as a kind of hobby and an additional type of income.

No problem if you want to dedicate yourself into crypto jobs. But know well about the jobs, and never think to make it as a single job. I advise you to make it as your side jobs. The income form crypto seems hard to gain regularly.

Choosing crypto as main job is a big risk to make but big risk can also equal to big gains in the future. I am quite sure those people that choose crypto as their main job are risk takers because no one knows what will happen to the crypto market in the future.

I never consider myself also to be full time here in crypto because i know its risky and we know time is precious. You can have your primarly job and its better to invest in it. You can do is to follow up only, less risky.

The choice or decision depends on the person. Some of us here in the crypto world may have focused more on the activities here than in the real world. Others may have taken this as another source of income on top to their income from their jobs. Whatever our reasons are, we just need to be careful and be more resourceful in everything that we do because everything has its own risks to avoid having regrets in the future.

I agree, it depends on individuals decision just like me, I'll gamble my job and take this path. And I don't regret doing that, it is very convenient to work at home with your family.

I do  a  9-5 job but I still do crypto.
I do it on part time basis for passive income and I do not regret it because at times I do earn more than my monthly salary in a month .
It's the best passive income work so far.

Cryptocurrency due to its high price volatility cannot bring a stable income and therefore it cannot be considered as the main type of activity. Of course, many people try to do this and some even get to do cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency should be our hobby, but not the main work.

Just as you said, it is actually depend on individuals choices, but i think many people has been gainfully employed through crypto in various ways,  llike telegram commuty admin, blockchain developers, bounty managers etc.
In my opinion, i think crypto is a work even if i do it on part time basis, i believe many people may be fully engaged in crypto as a mean of earning regularly.

Everyone has the right to make his choice, depending on the specific current situation in life. However, choosing cryptocurrency as your main job is, in my opinion, not a good idea. We see that the past year brought only losses to almost everyone. The only exceptions are experienced day traders who can make a profit in any state of the cryptocurrency market. However, this activity is quite risky.

I think to choose crypto as work is no problem. But we don make crypto as the main work or a single work. We need real jobs as the main work. The income from crypto work tends to not stable. So, it seems difficult to fulfill weekly needs.

So far, I don't think that I will choose crypto for the work as in the real world. Well, actually, crypto is my part-time job after working in the day work office. This is a way to add my income, especially for investment.

If you take cryptocoin as jobs, you'd better treat fairly the common jobs and cryptocoin jobs. It doesn't matter what to choose. but you should still have cryptos in your life for your believing.

At this point I think it is not easy to live from crypto unless you've already developed skills that allow you to do added value jobs, like business development, translation, real marketing, etc... or, of course, you have good trading skills that keep feeding you monthly profits.
If you are able to combine both I think it will not be hard to live only from crypto
