Hello. Please tell me if all in this place is legit such as bounty campaigns. How to know the scam if there is?

I don't know how legit is this all ,but i think maybe in other bounty campaign are there's scam but i don't know how to know that it is scam because no one can predict that campaign is scam.

Ii is difficult to predict scam ICO. but maybe unrealistic whitepaper, anonymous team, not active on telegram or discord, and of course no video from conferences and so on.

You really can't tell which ones are legit and which ones are scam.
There are scams that are obvious but there are also projects that looks legit in the beginning that turns out to be scam.

For me i label an ICO scam if they are new and tend to be anonymous (like they don't attend conferences, no pictures of dev), copy or having basic information on white paper, having somewhat similar name to another ICO that have a huge community and offer similar services or product.
Though this can differ depending on individuals and experience.
So I stand to be corrected

I think it is still better to make a research first to satisfy your standard by knowing the team. The reality of the project, and the white paper before you conclude that the project is legit or no, but of course the result is always at the future as the confirmation.

You know what is better don't fall yourself by huge amount to be rewarded in the campaign. I don't know how legit the campaign is but you should study the team and site if possible try to connect with them if you want to know more details.

Yes all are legit, but it depends on thier project if the project will success thats a great news, and if the project will not success well theres a chance that the token will not distribute or maybe the token will be low value.

Your'e Right but we cant say that its 100% because there's some people that very nice at the beginning but, once they get some more investor and they run it.

So its all about being active of members is what important in the group of the campaign and provide evidences to let the viewers know they are legit.

How do you know that all are legit if there were news about some ICO are scam?

No one know what ICO legit, some scam icos seems normal - with good whitepaper and roadmap, but u need to know, they will earn more money by this ;D

The icos are exactly like gambling..you simply can't tell from the start which one is serios/scam.

Sometimes even the team working on something doesn't realize its a scam. Like the idea of the project may simply just not work.. or the team themselves may be working on something but the lead dev may embezzle or misuse funds. I would say the warning signs aren't always clear but some are clearly a scam. Avoid anything that guarantees profits.. or guarantees results.. there are no guaranteed returns in life. Also be active in an ICO's community such as here, Reddit, and Facebook. People tend to investigate things pretty far if they're looking to invest and they will be VERY vocal with all of their findings.... you just need your pessimism glasses on and the ability to find it.

You won't know if it's legit, just do your own research and hope you have made the right decision. Scam icos are everywhere and on every forum, but there are also many good ones out there.

Nah even a well plan campaign may be fraud at the end of the day. And participating to promote scam will only make the scam more successful.

Yes bro. I believe all bounty campaigns here are legit because the admin are confirming first the team of an ICO to rest assure that this project is not a scam.

This forum is surely legit. This forum is more unique than other. I really like this forum. Okay, talking about the scam! A scam cannot be done by the forum. A scam is occurring by bounty manager and moreover ICO companies. So you can work here with peace. Keep doing what you do best. I am pretty sure that you will earn something really good.

You can not easily know if the campaign is a scam or not. But if you want to have a comfort from joining in any campaign try to take a look first the whitepaper and see the team of an ICO.

i can not say 100% yes or no but is not all people seems to nice later they have their own mindset.

it's hard to know if a bounty campaign is legit or scam, the insurance you should do is just read their roadmap and whitepaper and you can search the team behind the project and search the bounty manager or developer and also see the allocated amount

On this forum ICOs are verified, so should be safer, but nevertheless don't go blindly into the bounty/investment, do your own checks first... and remember, that even being legit, nothing stops the team from breaking apart in the middle of the campaign, or cancel the ICO after work was done....so it is always a risk, but there is nothing in life that has no risk...even laying in your couch watching tv can bring health problems ;D

everywhere have a scammer even in altcointalk bounty forum but you can avoid it you need to analyze the move of scammer and try more research about the scammer so that you can avoid it.

Some are not legit in this forum. Because some are just hackers. They love to destroy someones private account. So they like AI. They use to like friendly but there motives is to get you private impormation. So we should beware to that.

I don't think someone can specifically say a bounty or airdrop or ICO is legit or scam. But anyways there are some qualities you should look out for though! With time I think we can learn all those trucks (I'm a newbie in crypto)

Maybe there are some are not realy legit in this forum. There are people who used tricks to hacked people account to make money. It is defficult to recognize which one is legit, but you can ask or communicate to other trusted friends to confirm which one of this forum are legit. Hackers are people who love to destroy someones private account.They use to like friendly. We should be always stay alert to prevent those illegal job in this forum.

We cant say that all of here are legit but all the mods and admin are doing their best to make this forum legit including ICOs and ofcourse we should check everything we do and ICOs we participated to avoid scam.

Every thing here is absolutely legit and there is no cause for panic, altcoinstalks is a very good forum to meet friends and chart on various topic; i am enjoying myself.
As for scams, like socal media, scam on social media, such as Facebook, may ask for personal details,including email, phone number, day of birth, etc. Always make sure you are redirected to the same site you are already on. For example, if you are signing up for something on Facebook, and are taken off-site, it may be a scam.

You can't really know if it's a scam or not, sorry. This is true here and on bitcointalk forums as well, you just gotta do your own research until you are satisfied. Some bounties may not pay out, but that's just the risk that comes with doing this sort of thing.

Its hard to spot a fake bounty but what im doing before joining some bounty campaign check the roadmap, whitepaper, linkedin profile with the team and if they have videos in youtube ill check also.

In terms of the legitimacy of this forum, its our own responsibility to check it. Before joining any campaigns, there are means of verification how to check like checking the roadmap, LinkedIn profile of the team. By doing so, the risk may lessen because you verified already the authenticity of the campaign you are going to join.

it is very difficult to know the ICO is fraud or it's legitimate because there are so many ICOs now and they are very smart to cheat. in my opinion to see the ICO is a scam or not by analyzing the team members whether they are real or not through their social media networks. Then see also the concept and allocation of tokens whether it makes sense or not.

We would not know as long as someone get attention of it. It would be good to create a thread of verified bounty who pays and a thread for those who do not pay.

Getting paid isn't a sign of not being a scam either.. I have certainly been paid tokens and quickly for things that turned out to be a scam.

In bounty campaign if you search the legit. Then it would be difficult to find out. But general requirements should be checked. Those things are Road map, white paper, #DevelopmentTeam etc are the common factor to find legit.

Even though you have done mini research, you still get a scam project which means you are not yet lucky. Because many bounty was good initially but ended up being a scam.

Second, whether the projects are legit or not: it is difficult to determine because this has always been the biggest problem in the crypto world. We won't know if the project team will run away with the raised funds... Stay tuned, read project-related documents before investing or participating in bounty campaigns. .

Well I think not all in this forum is legit. There are some scammers, so we must know how to discern who are those legit and to those who are fake/scammer. The only way to know the scammers is to educate ourselves. Good luck.

I think during the first year of altcoinstalks almost all of the campaigns were scam but not now. Bounty detective, bubbalex, and delooden are all good bounty manager so far.

I agree with those who say that not all campaigns are legit and while it's basically impossible to determine with full certainty whether something is a scam or not, if you watch out for red flags and don't participate if you are suspicious, you can probably avoid scams pretty well.

Some bounty managers are launching good bounties, but the scam always exists, and you can't sure from every bounty will be legit, so you have to research the project, and then you should join and some bounty manager giving good bounties, you should also join their bounties.
