Bounty rewards are not given, how do you feel?

It is sad to get nothing after a hard day's work. So it is with bounties, if you are not paid, it is very sad. But at times it depends on the rules on the bounty. If you do not follow the rules, you will beget rejected and will not be paid.

I attended Medichain bounty for more than 2 months. ICO ended in April. I am still waiting for my tokens. In telegram channel they don't even care the questions and tell us to ask the bounty manager.
When I ask the bounty manager he tells me to ask Medichain telegram. That is kind of a loop.
I see lots of people asking about their tokens for the last 20 days. They told us that they will announce the exact date for boutny token distibution on the 15th of July.
What happened? Still no info.
I checked the project before applying the bounty. Project was legit and really promising. So?
I am loosing hope and really pissed that I wasted my BTT signature for this project... and also pissed.

Well, I'm gonna feel upset and disappointed. Upset on how they are cheating us and disappointed on the expectation that I am looking forward.

as a bounty hunter if my bounty reward cannot be given to me I feel sad and dissapointed because I work hard for this and I spend my time and my brain for this job, then they will not give my bounty reward it's unfair for that. I will feel disappointed of course, for how many months you do some advertising, posting on your social media then after that effort you got nothing. How sad for the bounty hunters to feel that way.

Well i really feel disappointed when I do not get a rewards from bounty. And I believe that I am not the only one who feels something like that, I know how hard it is we are working every night and day and every single minutes of the day.

Of course so sad. But will not be sad for all day, then just look for another bounty.
If my work is not accepted, I will ask the bounty manager / team project about what the reason to do that. When it is not my mistake, I will ask for my right to get my rewards. 
If the ICO is not successful, I just accept it with my sincerity. But if it is possible to extend the project, I will suggest team project to have a new plan for extension. 

 

This is where having a good bounty manager really helps.. the best I've met so far is Ratko Stambolija, (telegram: Moon Bounties), this guy is so great at bounties, I wish we could get him to crosspost his bounties here, maybe we should start hassling him!)

If I din't get my bounty reward, I will surely fee disappointed. But I will communicate with CM to see what is going on, and know my problem. But some times, It is just depend on luck.

Actually, I also experienced this thing where I worked for free because the failed ICO or scams. but I think that this is not my problem only. The others also experience the same. So, I just move on and seek for the other successful ICO bounty program.

slightly disappointed and sad since you work hard for a project for a couple of months and you will not get any reward for your hard work by endorsing their company to the public.

I think there are two reasons why bounty promoters or participants did not get their rewards. One is the ICO project did not become a success for various reasons, the second is the ICO project is a SCAM. It happens to me many times and I'm already used to it... of course, I feel disappointed when the project I joined become unsuccessful, but furious when the one I've been promoting is SCAM. But you know, we do not know who these people are, and we don't even know if they're real - we're only relying on their whitepaper or PDF and nothing more. And the real thing here is, we're not forced to join their project or their bounty program.

Yes there is absolutely nothing one can do if bounty campaign reward are not paid.
However, it's always total disappointment on the inability of most companies to end ICOs without paying bounty rewards.

Bounty hunters work hard to earn. The goal of every hunter is to make some amount of money from the hard work done. How do you fell when you work so hard and at the end, you do not receive anything. Either your work is not accepted or the ICO was not a success. How is the feeling like?

Indifferent usually, and move on to the next one.  In restaurants you calculate waste in food/broken plates as "breakage", and this is often times how you have to view this.. you will fail dozens of times throughout a year, either choosing a real project that doesn't go anywhere or a fake project that you get paid for.. or even a fake project that doesn't even get to the stage of paying, and its all the same.. just view it as "breakage" and move on.. bounties are an attrition game and you're really looking for those 2-3 projects over a couple of years time that really pay out enough to make all the failures worth i.

That's my view on it anyways.

Good scenario, I think I need to read this over and over to motivate myself and keep myself going.

Well if that case will happen to us,maybe I feel disappointed in that matter but in this business we can't assure that bounty rewards will given to us at the end of campaign period.What we need to do is to be positive thinker that the bounty campaign we apply gives us bounty rewards.And I think this campaign is so good and trusted by many people..
