Well, good to know that things are moving good with the many upgrades necessary for Ethereum so it can soon be what the people behind it want it to be. In the past, problems plagued the whole process and I guess that there can be more ahead but the difference is that today the whole team can be more ready and already experienced to deal with them. Though ETH has become just another victim of the big dip happening in the whole crypto market, am sure that when things are to be green it would be jumping like a fox again.

If the update of the Ethereum network is finally completed in August or even September, then this will be very helpful, since not earlier than autumn, I think, the cryptocurrency market will be able to continue to grow in price terms. This event can push the entire market to growth.
I think that many have already been waiting for the end of the process of this update.

Yes, the Ethereum network is well on its way to upgrading its mainnet, given that the team is currently completing merger testing on public testnets.
Thus, with the merger in the Ropsten Sepolia testnet, it will be the second of three public testnets to be merged. While the Goerli/Prater testnet will be the last to test the merge before the update moves to the mainnet.
The date of this grand merger has not yet been determined, but it will happen really soon. We hope that, as Buterin said, it will be in August, but it is possible that a little later.
