Hilo original: Altcoinstalks Archive (topics, posts, username) .

URL de muestra que se pueden compartir;
Topic id: https://pxzone.online/altt/archive?topic=320629
Msg id: https://pxzone.online/altt/archive?post=1544590
Nombre de usuario: https://pxzone.online/altt/archive?username=PX-Z

URL: https://pxzone.online/altt/archive

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Anonymity - good or bad?

@Freemind, it is nice you noticed such an off topic post. It is totally unconnected and unrelated to the ongoing conversation. There are more of this type of people just spamming their way up the rank. I see that you are a moderator and yet you didn't delete such an off topic reply. Or are you not a moderator of that board. I think the idea of global moderation is needed here.

When you (or any other user) come across meaningless posts, please report it so we can take necessary action. I'm a global moderator, I'm just giving @Doovla a chance to explain what happened or a reasonable amount of time to edit his post. If within 24-48 hours of my notice, @Doovla has not modified his post, the user will be sanctioned and the post will be deleted.

According to them everyone and everything will be laundering money soon, except them :P
I was never a supporter and regular user of Samourai wallet but I respect all the work they did for privacy.
They probably made some mistakes along the way, but we all did, and I never once thought they should be arrest for creating bitcoin wallet.
Question is what wallet and service is next on the list in their evil agenda?

I haven't used Samourai Wallet much either, I tried it a while ago, but nothing more. But the problem is that little by little they are closing and prohibiting everything that is related to privacy, while many governments and agencies use Pegasus (and other software) with impunity in the same way they used Carnivore a few decades ago, violating international laws on privacy rights.

The next to fall? It could be another wallet, a mixer, or anything that makes them think it's used to launder money, which is really stupid. That is why it is normal that every day there are more services available only on .onion domains. It's not always about hiding something, but about being able to use it freely.

@franch (the OP of this bounty) asked to delete the thread. The reason was the low participation of users, as he stated.

The campaign was terminated because there was not much participation.

Forum related / Re: AltcoinsTalks Telegram Notifier !!!
« on: April 26, 2024, 07:56:51 PM »
I am just posting this, in case if the notifier missed tracking karma and gave a notification as 2 later.

Cause one person can give 1 karma to an account before giving another.

Or did two members gave me simultaneously? :D

Most likely, there were two users simultaneously (or almost) since only the administrator and the president can give more than 1 karma to the same user. Users are limited to 10 hours when they want to give karma to the same user.

The appearance of sexuality spoils the detailed content of the crypto world, which really has something to learn, read, make something new out of it as inspiration, such as a new project or becoming part of a team. I don't devote my time to such conspicuous things, as I said before, I don't like it. There is less fraud than last year, which is a sign of a good direction.

I don't know very well what you said about sexuality, I don't understand your post... If you don't speak English well, or you don't know how to write the language, it's not a problem, you can write in the subforum of your language. Please explain what you wanted to say in your post. I hope you don't write meaningless things just to increase your account rank, that wouldn't be good for you...

Banks are the government's instrument of control over people, and they also serve to launder money in quantities that are probably in the trillions of $. Let's just remember the case of HSBC Bank, which was involved in money laundering for drug cartels and various other criminal activities around the world, so when they were threatened with closure in the US, the entire political elite of the UK came to lobby to prevent this from happening, and instead of a ban, they paid a fine of $1.92 billions and continued as if nothing had happened.

The message that the authorities send with such actions is that if you want to engage in criminal activities, you must be very big and powerful - otherwise the system will show all its strength on you.

People wonder why the darknet and others exist. I do not defend what is done on many of these sites, but when we talk about privacy I think it is an example to follow. Especially with tools like Tor, which, despite having limitations, means that many people can have a little more privacy and freedom. I hope privacy tools continue to appear for the attack that we are suffering as users who have nothing to hide, but who do not consent to being spied on. With each passing day, the control that governments want to have over citizens becomes more blatant.

Dogecoin Forum / Re: Will Dogecoin Ever Reach $100?
« on: April 25, 2024, 08:47:19 PM »
what I heard was also like that, there was talk that Tesla would allow doge as a means of payment and also X, but I don't know whether this has an impact or not, because I see the movement of doge is still like this. I prefer doge to be a hold coin, but not in large amounts

What you say about Tesla accepting Doge was in 2022, but it is not that Tesla accepts Doge to buy the brand's cars, but for merchandising. At that time, many news appeared and the market evidently noticed it, but the joy was short-lived when people understood that it was not for buying cars. I guess they can't sell Tesla cars with Doge as a payment method due to current legislation in the United States.

More information is available here: Tesla launches Dogecoin payments for merch, but there’s a catch.

Another service focused on user privacy that is closed with the excuse of money laundering. Another example of the control over citizens that governments want to have, and to a certain extent already have. If governments were really that concerned about money laundering, the first thing they would have to close are the banks and the first people they should arrest and jail are the bankers and people who engage in systematic theft. But that is something they will never do, since the governments themselves are an active part of that corruption.

I agree, it’s a kind of dualism. In fairness, it should be noted that investments are also being made in truly technological projects; it’s just that if they grow in price, it’s not like the same memcoins do, and there is a certain paradox for me in this. I think you yourself understand perfectly well that There are powerful and necessary projects in technological terms, but they are not even close in capitalization to the same notorious memcoins.

What you say is one of the biggest problems (I always speak from my point of view) of the cryptocurrency industry. That there are few truly innovative projects but they barely have the capitalization and investment of some memecoin that has just appeared on the market. That's why I try to avoid new "projects" added on CoinGecko and CoinmarketCap, because there are really very few projects that are launched in months and dozens of memecoins daily with many millions of investment. Unfortunately, for many people, quick money takes priority over innovation in the industry, and it's something I can understand, to a certain extent.

I am not talking about Bounty campaigns nor do I care about bounty campaigns. People barely make money by participating in bounty campaigns. To be honest, I consider bounty campaigns a waste of time. You were talking about 2000 activities and the rank because you are already ranked up and you have more than enough activity. But, if you think about us who have been here for a couple of weeks only, we don't have enough activity. Moving activity is important for the users who haven't reached the maximum rank yet. I have seen some signature campaigns reward their participants based on their merits as well. But that was in another forum. Who knows? we may have similar conditions in the future.

It wouldn't be strange or unusual for a signature campaign to one day have requirements for a certain amount of karma and rank, or pay more to users with higher ranks and amount of karma, It is even possible that the reputation of the users (who lately can also teleport from BTT) plays an important role in that aspect. I understand that it is normal that in some campaigns the signature is used by the users with the most experience and best reputation in the forum, in the end they are "representatives" of the brand of that campaign.

14
Is it possible to associate karma with increasing rank?. That the minimum karma to rank up is at least 0 or more?.
And see admin's response...

The administrator's response is precisely what I expected, but a little earlier  :o In any case, I suppose that at the time I made the proposal maybe the problem was more focused on spam than other things, but fortunately in the next update we will see something that will help the forum more. Now that some signature campaigns will require a certain amount of karma, it is the best time to implement it.
