Philippines (Tagalog) / Re: Saan aabot si Bitcoin sa susunod sa buwan?
« Last post by Baofeng on Today at 12:58:21 AM »

Back to the topic, I think magandang magbuy dyan sa $50k-$55k if ever na mahit man yan in the next few days or months.

"hi bud, is there still going to be a bull run this year?"

We are already in a bull run, didn't you noticed it?

Well, technically we're 0.5% away from exiting one and entering a bearish market.
73666 > 59300 is a --19.50 % drop, a 20% one from the ATH means the end of a bull market if we go by standard definitions.

At first, people completely wrongly estimated the effects of spot ETFs in the US, and now they think that everything is over and that they should wait the next four years for a new bull run. Maybe there really won't be a big bull run this year or next year, maybe history won't repeat itself, but that's the risk of all those who invest in Bitcoin just to make a profit.

We jumped 140% in conditions not so good, with high-interest rates, with no clear path, just because of ETFs which most people didn't even use, the block reward supply cut is already offset in $ value since the price is more than double so there is no reduction in the offer, I think we did pretty good, but it's not really the time of cheap money everywhere, my bets for another growth (sizeable one) are for august with monetary policies change, both in the US and EU.

UniJoin.io's use of CoinJoin to anonymize transactions is interesting. While the single, combined transaction with multiple inputs and outputs makes tracing difficult, it relies on a large user pool for effectiveness.

The article mentions a "Wallet Distribution" option. It would be helpful to understand how this distribution is determined. Does it affect anonymity or simply the number of outputs users receive? Additionally, the emphasis on users storing the "letter of guarantee" raises a question.  Without server-side data storage, how can UniJoin.io handle potential disputes or ensure user confidence in case of lost letters?

Let's also explore the claim of random fees between 1% and 3% with four decimal places. Such granularity seems unusual and could be explained further.

I'd give Arsenal a slightly higher chances of reaching for the title. Sure, it's all in Man City's hands, if they can withstand the pressure and win all the remaining games, the title is theirs and there's nothing Arsenal/Liverpool can do about it. But I don't think people here realise how hard it will be for them to win all the remaining 4 games. They can't even afford to have a one draw as they'd lose to Arsenal by the goal difference.
The Tottenham match is the hardest in theory, but other teams can be unpredictable too. West Ham did get a proper beating last time from Arsenal (6-0), but let's not forget they defeated Arsenal in their first game in December and they also managed to steal points from Liverpool only 3 days ago.
It's not going to be a walk in the park for the City.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: SHOULD I CARE ABOUT BITCOIN HALVING
« Last post by KingsDen on Today at 12:48:24 AM »
Halving is still important, if bitcoin never had a halving we would not see a bullish season after the halving. When miners' rewards are cut, supply is limited and the price of bitcoin rises. Maybe some people say it doesn't affect him, maybe he doesn't follow the 4 year cycle
Satoshi carefully planned bitcoin well, ranging from ;
The method of securing the network;
The incentive and it's halving;
PoW;
Avoidance of double spending;
And lots more.
Satoshi is a genius. And everything he planned and implemented for bitcoin has one way or the other to affect the bitcoin price and Bitcoin network. We shouldn't underrate the power of halving.

Although Munguia has also a good chin, but not sure if his body is still made of steel as for sure Canelo will target that and we all know that he is also a big body puncher. Hopefully, this fight is going to be good, and that Munguia as a young fighter has learn from this fight and then improved in the Canelo fight because this is a big opportunity from him to create an upset.

+1 for creating this thread @bisdak40.

Thanks for appreciating on the making of this thread bro, a Canelo fight for me always deserves a thread on its own hehe.

Canelo is a good body puncher and Munguia is fully aware of that so they will avoid that one as long as possible but i do think that Canelo would catch him in the later rounds and might stop him so i'll go for a late KO for Canelo in this fight.

Yes, those scenario can happen as well, and maybe this is just one of those that we might picture Canelo doing. Going to the body early to soften Munguia and then maybe in the middle rounds, change and attack him and try to go for a knockout win.

For Munguia, he needs volume to keep Canelo at bay, just like what Bivol did.

But I wouldn't be surprise if he will go and wanted a toe to toe battle in the middle, this kid is ambitious and motivated and so he wanted to prove something in this fight.

a gambling addict will stop if he is aware of it on his own and cannot be forced if it is not from their heart, even if it is religion and family, if they do not have a strong intention to leave gambling

I fully with you. True change does indeed come from within and gambling is no exception. Its essential that the person has a genuine and strong desire to change. I wholeheartedly agree that self awareness is the cornerstone of meaningful and lasting transformation.

Tether CEO says indirectly they don't want to be regulated.
Next time a forum user asks where to put safely her savings, please don't mention USDT.
USDT is good for traders, not for savers

Hey team, this looks like a good project, but I'm surprised I haven't heard about it considering that it launched over five years ago.

I'm reading through the initial post and can't help but notice a couple of claims I'd like some clarification on.

The article claims that the platform "does not shuffle available funds in one or multiple pots, but exchanges incoming bitcoins with coins purchased from investors - cryptocurrency exchanges."

What are those investor cryptocurrency exchanges? Are they regular cryptocurrency exchanges, or are there some special investment vehicles set up for this particular purpose?

Also, regarding your process of mixing coins, you wrote: "Our transfer algorithm selects independent investors and trading platforms, and breaks down your funds in a manner that completely removes a link between input and output transactions. We neither require registration nor store logs. Once the mixing is done and the transaction confirmed, the data on processed transactions is deleted. For each mixing request, we issue a digitally signed letter of guarantee, which confirms our obligations to the client."

How can this be independently verified to give users confidence and trust that coins are properly mixed and cannot be traced?

I see there's a lot of attention on the project and an influx of intending users, so I believe this is a valid question that should be addressed.
