Mercatox is down now
Due to high overload of our system and attempts of DDos attacks we forced temporarily suspend website for upgrading our hardware and software. The service will be restored as soon as possible. All coins are SAFE! Sorry for inconvenience.

Mercatox has again new problem. It is almost impossible to withdraw something from this exchange. So nowadays it si better to don't make any deposit there.

I'm super annoyed with them. The only think that I like there is the interface. Their transactions fees are astronomical for some of the tokens. I hate that I can't transfer erc20 tokens with eth. They want to use the tokens themselves, so yesterday when I bought 30k kin tokens, they wanted 10k tokens for the transfer to MEW.

I agree with you, the fee for KIN are too high. Btw. my transaction is still pending. ;) I think I need two more days.

Dear Users. Due to huge overload of our service at 11-13th of January we was having some issues with deposits and withdrawals. Please don`t panic and be still. We know about it and working hard to resolve it. For Example all such Dash willthdrawals are resolved. So please do not send us tickets with such requests it will not help you to speed up your transaction. Thanks for staying with us.

I agree with you, the fee for KIN are too high. Btw. my transaction is still pending. ;) I think I need two more days.
Don't get me started on the transaction fee for Elt for example. When the token was $0.2(at the moment $0.1) they wanted 150 tokens for transaction to MEW, this is $30 (now $15), so at the moment I have 650 tokens at the exchange and I would not get the Hodl bonus of 10% of the total tokens which the Elt team will distribute to holders.

How to succesfully cancel Mercatox withdrawals stuck on processing

I did this several days ago (kin transaction) but it didn't cancel the transaction. Maybe they have worked at the site because it is absurd that one simple post query should cancel transaction in their database. This is serious omission in the security of the website, and we are talking for exchange here.

I know many friends, they cancelled processing withdraw. But for me it also didn't work like for you. I agree with you about security and it's time to leave this exchange. I have already withdrawn all my tokens from there. I have only one transaction processing. ETH transaction and i must wait because i cannot do anything with it.

At last my transaction arrived. I had pending transaction from 14.01, so only 28 days for transaction. Let this be a lesson to anyone using mercatox. When you want to withdraw money, do it with eth, at least to this moment i haven't had a problem with eth withdrawals but tokens take forever.
pp. if anyone have recommendations for exchange with obscure tokens or tokens at the moment are not listed at the big exchanges, please write me here.

I am happy with you, that your transaction arrived.
But you aren't right with this-> When you want to withdraw money, do it with eth, because my transaction processing was ETH withdrawal (since 12th Jan). But anyway I do not recommend to use this exchange.

Is anybody trading on Mercatox now? Does Mercatox still have a problem with withdrawing or not? I need to trade some tokens there.

It seems that withdrawal is working. I have tired to withdraw some small amount of ETH and withdraw was fast. But anyway I still don't recommend to use this exchange.
