Hodl and observe how the prices are going. Sell some when the price is already good enough but still hodl some while waiting for the price to go higher.

I think you should take research first about the project because if you  knew the project is not well but still planning to hold it, you are going to take wrong decision fully. This is why I have suggested people always that try to hold those project token that has high potential of growth rate and leave them that project team is not well.

I will sell after got bounty tokens, But not all. Maybe 50% , I will se e thei projects, prospective or not .
If my result.of my research is good,I will hold for long term.
That's just my way to get profit.

With current cryptocurrency market situation, I would say it will be wise to sell rewards and get Bitcoin, BNB or something like ADA or Solana. Get them while prices are low. You will be in a winning situation when the prices goes back and bounty projects will be considered as old and not demanded.

Because I think several bounty projects are fail, not have good progress.

It depends on how the project is moving forward along with meeting the community's expectations and trust. In my case, let's say that the bounty tokens are distributed without vesting. When the token is on exchanges, it depends on the price movement and trading volume of that specific token. If I see the price is peaking, I would not hesitate to sell immediately. However, if the token is vested for a certain period of time, well I have no choice but to just sell it even if it's just 5%, 10%, etc. But again, it depends on our instincts of that certain project.

I think it is better to hold and wait for projects altcoin to get the highest price. Because selling bounty rewards for 5-20 dollars equals wasting time doing bounty. You can say that 5-20 is also money, but they can be earned by day trading, instead of doing bounty for month or more, and wait for rewards. You might say that it is better to sell immediately, because the price could go down, then what is the point promoting project you dont believe.
