Depends on what it will be a project, if the project is very promising, then I'll sell 20-30 percent of the award, and the rest will leave in hodl, but if the project is not very then sell 70 percent of the award, and the rest will leave in hodl

1. Add token to watch list;
2. Wait for the token to be listed on crypto exchanges;
3. Wait for a good price to sell.

However, if the projects that have bounty campaigns are successful, the users will benefit a lot more. So people are able to benefit at every turn. A very good idea, mate, it is important to do because the coins are clearly more potential than the bounty token. By selling bounty-generated tokens and exchanging them for top-ranking tokens, the potential to get bigger profits is greater.

If I find the project has potential you know, team always active and keep updating then I'm gonna hold my bounty tokens for long but if the project team is not serious and always inactive in their telegram channel and not keep updating the project then I'm gonna sell it all right away. Not good to hold better to sell it and buy bitcoin or ethereum.

What I usually do with my bounty tokens after getting I get on my wallet really depends on the project, if the project is a very promising one, like am really sure the project will draw in many new investors when they get noticed, in this kind of projects, I will hold the tokens while watching the project's development very closely.
But if I don't see any potentials in the project, I always sell the tokens off immediately to avoid holding bags of shit coins.

If the project is serious, then I try to keep the tokens received from the bounty.  Selling immediately made sense in 2018-2019.  The situation is definitely different now, and you shouldn't make quick decisions.
