I have been familiar with this Bubbletone project for a long time, since from the very beginning their tokensale participated in their bounty campaign, for which I received quite a reward. I think the project has great chances to become successful, the main thing is that the team in time fulfilled its obligations under the road map.

Bubbletone to Determine the Impact of its Technological Solution on the Virgin Connect Business
Bubbletone and Virgin Connect, a Russian telecom company with a global brand name, have signed a memorandum to establish partnership aimed at implementing blockchain technology in the telecom business.
According to the memorandum, the companies will establish a working group of designated responsible individuals for research, development and advancement of the blockchain-based solution. The working group will chose and test several use cases developed by Bubbletone. Then the group members will collaboratively prepare and showcase real-life use cases, with the demonstration of mobile profiles interactions and engagement with value-added services on the Bubbletone blockchain platform being included.
The testing results will help to build an analysis regarding the overall revenue generated by the implementation of the Bubbletone blockchain solution into the Virgin Connect business. Once the business opportunity has been demonstrated, the companies will sign an agreement on implementation of Bubbletone’s solution into the Virgin Connect business.

Yes you are the volume of transaction on exrates is very very low but we don't worry about that due to based on their official social media of telegram announcement about the bubbletone token will be listed on hitbtc is under processing. Basically this project is good in fundamental of aspects but however it need time for bubbletone token to be addopted by travelers to use this token on their smart phone, this project is very new but it is useful if you want make money easily you can make investment in alternatives coins such as ethereum, EOS, ripple and another, bubbletone is good for long term investment.

Yep unfortunatelly this project is good for long time investment due to the projects is under development by Dev team and they always make the update about the latest updating, bubbletone is bad for short term investment due to the volume of transaction in the market is very low and the it still does not listed on the popular exchangers such as binance and bittrex.

Yea although the token of bubbletone was listed on the exchangers hitbtc and exrates, it is still low volume of transaction daily on the exchangers, in my personal opinions bubblestone is good for long term investment especially until the token to be addopted by travelers around the world and it will takes long time maybe couples year later.

After Bubbletone’s Project Director Alexander Yakovenko delivered a speech on prospects and benefits of blockchain technology implementation in telecom, a number of operators showed intense interest in Bubbletone’s technological solution. Among them were Sky Mobile (Kyrgyzstan), Kazakhtelecom (Kazakhstan), Lmt (Latvia), Aryacell (Iran), Miatel (Russia), Veon Group and others. Im sure everyone heard. Legal precedent set this morning. US judge decides Ico 'frauds' will be tried under security laws. I'm not saying this is applicable in our scenario.
"However, Dearie wrote, "Congress' purpose in enacting the securities laws was to regulate investments, in whatever form they are made and by whatever name they are called," citing a previous ruling.

The concept may be subject to changes in the future. It may be improved after the nodes start working and we see first results.
Moreover, the funds raised during the ICO are also needed for the exchange listings, the tests with operators as they don't pay Bubbletone anything to join the ecosystem. All the tests, equipment and the employees' work spent on running the tests with operators are paid by Bubbletone alone. Now they've focused all their efforts on connecting the blockchain platform with the operators' billing systems. Connecting the nodes is the next step after the operators are connected.

They have signed a exclusive partnership agreement with Nexign (a leading BSS provider for CSPs). They have integrated Blockchain based platform in Nexign’s billing systems. Bubbletone to Participate in the ITU-T FG DLT
Bubbletone’s Project Director Alexander Yakovenko and Lead Blockchain Software Architect Sergey Maltsev will take part in the ITU Telecommunication Standardisation Sector (ITU-T) Focus Group on the Application of Distributed Ledger Technology (FG DLT). The meeting of the group will be held in Beijing, China, on October 9–12.
Blockchain and distributed ledger technologies (DLT) are proving applicable to a wide range of business operations. DLT use cases are emerging in many sectors, with the telecom industry being no exception. However, standards have not been set in this industry. That’s why DLT is now under an in-depth study in ITU standardization work on security and trust, identity management, environmental sustainability, protocols, and test specifications. As full members of FG DLT, the Bubbletone team is actively participating in this work.

This week they are waiting for some pieces of hardware equipment to arrive - a very important part of launching the platform.

BubbleTone: New Version Released
BubbleTone is a new generation messenger with 100+ useful features. Customized for the needs of mobile operators, the messenger provides additional revenue streams on voice calls and SMS messages from the app and other telecom services.
The Bubbletone team is glad to announce that a new version of their messenger has been released on October 26.
They have fixed a number of software bugs to make it easier to use the application. So, what has been changed, exactly?
Interface
The first/main tab now contains a list of calls that a user has made, answered or missed;
New icons for the “make a call within the Bubbletone network” (peer-to-peer calls) and “make a call to PSTN” options;
The option “save gender information” in the “personal information” section in a user’s personal account now works properly;
The last message sent or received by the user now stays visible, even while the user is typing a new message with the pop-up keyboard;
There are a number of Android phones that have the following defect: their proximity sensors do not work properly. As a result, when calls came in, the screens of these phones would go black. This problem has been solved;
The settings menu includes a section called “additional info”. Among other information, this section includes the user’s Bubbletone number and balance. The Bubbletone number is the number which the user receives after they have signed an agreement with an operator. In the previous app version, this information disappeared from time to time. This problem has been solved.

Bubbletone and SIMYO, a major MVNO in Spain, have signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a partnership and implement a pilot project regarding the use of blockchain technology in commercialization of telecom services — abroad communications mobile products for Spain incoming roamers.
According to the memorandum, the companies will establish a working group of designated responsible persons for research, development, and advancement of the blockchain pilot project. The group will set up an experimental zone for the “Distribution of prepaid mobile services with zero acquisition cost” use case.

My concerns are about the parts which should be centralized in telecommunication sector.
Well, I believe that so many parts of the telecommunication can be decentralized, but not all of them. I am not saying that it should be stay like this forever, but I don't believe bubletone can achieve anything without some of the big telecommunication companies supporting them.

Current Status on the Platform Development
They would like to summarise the results of the expiring year and inform all of you about the progress in the platform development.
Upon the completion of the ICO, the Bubbletone team had a test version of the blockchain-based platform. Since that moment, their #DevelopmentTeam has been working on a production version of the platform. The launch of the production version is planned for Q1 2019. For the launch to take place, they are going to deploy approximately 15 nodes.
PoC
They have also been conducting a proof of concept (PoC) with several mobile operators. PoC is a demonstration, the purpose of which is to verify that their concept has the potential for real-world application.
