If the bitcoin is decrease  i think is okay only that but don't worry for that happen. I think not now and other day or week or month they have a chance to increase the bitcoin price. We have seen moat of such news but btc still moves up. What such news does is a temporal fall in price and then btc will rise even higher again. Personally I don't know why governments will illegalised btc in a country. Before they see its worth for their econony it would be too late.
