The concept may be subject to changes in the future. It may be improved after the nodes start working and we see first results.
Moreover, the funds raised during the ICO are also needed for the exchange listings, the tests with operators as they don't pay Bubbletone anything to join the ecosystem. All the tests, equipment and the employees' work spent on running the tests with operators are paid by Bubbletone alone. Now they've focused all their efforts on connecting the blockchain platform with the operators' billing systems. Connecting the nodes is the next step after the operators are connected.

As for mobile operators let me give you some details of updating. They have signed a memorandum of understanding with Virgin Connect, Allo Incognito, Romobility  to develop and run proof of concept. They a also working on agreement with the Spanish operator Simeo and Saudi Arabian operator Mobily . They have also signed strategic partnership agreement with British Alliance (alliance of 34 mobile operators, that provide services for  more than 1 billion people). They are also negotiating with Vodafone (Luxemburg) and Play (Poland). They have also received more than 15 requests from other operators.

They have signed a exclusive  partnership agreement with Nexign (a leading BSS provider for CSPs). They have integrated Blockchain based platform in Nexign’s billing systems. They have two operators that will be the first to join the ecosystem. The tests have been going  as planned. When errors occur, they are eliminating them. The process takes time. Unfortunately, there has been a delay that is related to technical issues. For example, they are dealing with the following issue:

Some operators have billing systems that are developed on PL\SQL Oracle Databases. They have a software product that maintains billing — tariffication, support of customer services, control of traffic usage, etc. #DevelopmentTeam s have approved work plans for at least the next half of the current year. Blockchain is something that is completely new for them. Therefore, they are busy with the incorporation of their billing systems into the blockchain-based platform is one of the tasks, and they have to wait.
 
Nevertheless, they think that  the ecosystem will be put into operation in October.
