I believed that altcoins will survive a long time we can't say that today because all know that bitcoin works is more popular compared to it. All things needs time and i think altcoins need that too so we need to wait until this will go up higher. I just need your ideas what's your thoughts on this topic.

When the lot of scam will died, and when the cleaning will be done, the great alt project will can be gain more visibility.

Depends on the coin... as you can tell we are on a super ICO bubble right now, and theres way too many projects and not enough money to go around.... you can tell since the market really isn't growing, money is just moving from place to another. I think all in the top 20 besides maybe bitcoin cash are probably fine.. but someones gotta win the smart contract wars.. and privacy coins definitely need to be thinned out some.

I guess yes , through advertising altcoin to others , definitely it will be the best way let others know about it, and of course the support is the most important , I see now the improvement and I hope it will improve more , any of it helps lots of people, so people need to help crypto's also.

Only those coins which deliver some features which are not found in bitcoin would survive.For example coins like monero,zcash are well known for their complete anonymous nature of transactions which is not found in bitcoin.

My guess is definitely will also take altcoinstalks and survive as like a bitcoin ,as I can see the chances of altcoins are getting bigger because I've been in two weeks on here and almost half have added to it. I think there are a lot of altcoins out there that are really solid projects that will last for years and more. A great many of these coins will likely disappear eventually, or at least not be on the main stage of crypto, though. There are so many transaction coins that it's honestly getting a little overwhelming to be perfectly honest. Coins with unique concepts that are applicable to many varieties of technology or situations will last a long time. Same with coins that are linked to exchanges, those will likely always be relevant in the trading world at least.

We're definitely in an ICO bubble right now and the effects of there being so many projects and most of them being speculative combined with how much money we are raising is going to lead away from speculation and into fundamentals as the market matures... good projects will last and projects that do not produce solutions with working code will eventually fade away.. fundamentals day by day will start becoming a better factor than Technical analsysis.

Yes, definitely altcoins that move up quickly generally have a smaller market cap and also tried to solve real world problem and try to form a real world solution instead of being a digitized currency.Altcoin that solve these sort of problems gain interest from people very quickly,and when there is more supply,coins prices tend to rise very quickly.

Bitcoin cannot just exist alone because there are already many new generation altcoins that are created that have faster transaction, lower transaction fee and has better scalability. Bitcoin has the first mover advantage that's why it has many supporters and most famous cryptocurrency and has the highest price but in due time when an altcoin will garner more supporters as bitcoin with better technology then it would take its position.

Several altcoins have been in existence since 2011. Many like ethereum and litecoin, among others have gained root and nothing shows they are dying soon. Several others may not be able to stand the test of time though

With a long list of altcoins I think not all will survive in a long time like bitcoin as not all altcoins has the strong buy supports that will guarantee that the price can bounce back after the corrections. There is a site that listed all dead altcoins due to no buy support or no development.

I think there is several reason why altcoins can survive like bitcoin. Bitcoin has good popularity and bitcoin has biggest market cap.
I think if altcoins has good team, good project, it will survive and can compete with bitcoin. I see Ethereum, ripple ,USDT, polkadot etc are good coin and very potential. They are also popular and can be accepted by many people.

I think what you are saying is the fact that most of the altcoins that exist are only for the short term and only a small percentage can survive and reach their best even with great difficulty. most projects are not very interested in developing tokens that are created and are more than happy to finish and get what they want, tomorrow make a new one again with the same criteria.

but it seems like most of them are projects that just want to enliven and look for a moment's profit and continue to do it again with new projects, then do that. he did not intend to develop because it took a lot of time and operation, and he was lazy to do it. only those who really want to advance their tokens can survive, such as the top-ranked tokens to date.

I agree too. Apart from bitcoin there will be altcoins that will continue to exist and even boom in the future. Many cryptoners invest in Altcoins for reasons that they can afford or buy them, and if the investor incurs a loss, it may not be too big.

It depends what coin do you mean, If the coins have high demand and limited supply like bitcoin, It will happen.

First of all, I believe that any Altcoin that is able to survive this bear market should be able to survive the next Bull market as against what you said because most people invest in just any Alt because they are all been moved the trend "Bull Market".
Not all Alts in the top 50 market cap are guaranteed to survive for the long term. I traded some Alts back before the 2017 ATH and most of those Alts today are not even in the top 100 MC. Other than Bitcoin, all other Alts should be traded on timely bases and not for a long-term HODLing IMHO.
