“Fed Chairman Powell, Treasury Secretary Yellen, and Wall Street bankers steal our wealth via our money, specifically via inflation, taxation, and stock price manipulation. That is why I save and invest in bitcoin, not stocks, bonds, and fake dollars,” Kiyosaki added.

Bold statement. But,
1. Bitcoin price is still somewhat vulnerable against manipulation. Although effort to manipulate it is harder.
2. U.S. government already tax cryptocurrency.

Although otherwise i believe he made right choice.

For how long will the masses suffer?
For how long will the government continue to manipulate poor citizens?
For how long will the government continue to sit on citizens' wealth, all in the name of governors?

I completely agree with Kiyosaki when he says that Bitcoin is the people's money. The dollar or any other currency belongs to the government in every sense. An era where the majority will become their own bank, securing their own money on their devices, is gradually approaching. Then the government will have no choice but to find other ways to make things right.

I think that when bitcoin, for whatever reason, have on news nuances very most, RK appears and says more or less the same thing as a couple of years ago, well it is the "speech," but given its "influence" on a target readership, it is difficult see like it a popularizer, a guy who has bitcoin and really appreciates it, or is just looking for his books to bring him more royalties

I think it's a bit of both. I have seen him talk about bitcoin and he seems sincere, and it also fits in with his defence of gold since long before bitcoin was invented, which means that today it is logical for him to defend it because it does not depend on the states and it is not inflationary, if anything the other way around. But I think he also has in mind that bitcoin is popular with a growing audience.
