Title: Posting problem
Post by: Goku01 on October 04, 2018, 05:56:08 AM
Sometime when I write a post/topic I have to do other things and i come back again and finish the topic. But when I press the Post button its says the previous post was posted from this IP less then 90 sec ago. Where the last post was 30 min to 1 hour ago. It sometime happens in normal post too. How to solve this ?

I have this too.

I don't think something can be done with this. I just wait few seconds and try again or copy/paste after refreshing if nothing helps.

Little annoying, I think something with cookies.

I'm suffering from the same problem. When I want to write new post or topic then the site reloaded (that's show that checking your browser before accessing altcointalk.com) and my massage is completely removed. But I do not know how to get rid of this problem.

Yeah I experienced too the "checking your browser before accessing altcoinstalks.com"
but in my case I always copy first my message before reloading the page

I am encounter also the same problem but it's very easy to solve the issue and all you need is to wait for at least 5 minutes and after that you can now start posting.

Everytime I encounter this issue, here's what I do:

1. Hit the back button twice to go back to my original post/comment
2. Copy the entire message
3. Refresh the page
4. Paste then post again

I just have one account and I don't think someone else using the same IP with me to open this forum.  It's already happen for over a weeks, since I see that DDoS protection.  I have a problem to log in too, I have to try two times to succeed log in.

I have encountered this issue recently and I am very happy with this suggestion. I think the best thing to do is to copy your message as you type that way, you lose nothing. You can also back click double times. Doing this takes you back to the original page you were writing on. Though it can be frustrating!

Thanks for this hint! Often, the simplest solutions are the best. I had a similar problem in another forum and deal with it in this way. I hope it does not happen here, but it's always good to have some security.
