Bitcoin Forum / Re: Bitcoin grew again, what next?
« on: December 03, 2019, 01:49:29 PM »
Nothing can predict because cryptocurrency value always changes and cryptocurrencies market cap always unstable in nature. None can assume it future but some experts think bitcoin will arrive at 26k dollars per bitcoin in 2020 mid. Really it would be possible??

That's an obsolete forecast.
McAfee confirms $2kk by the end of 2020.
Moon soon. ;D

The option will be if Bitcoin rise again the next thing to do is to sell all my coins and reinvest all in bitcoin for more profit or even sell my coins to Bitcoin to be sure of growth. But if at all bitcoin rise is it going take effect in other cryptocurrencies I think that will help stire up bull run in crypto market's.

There is definitely no direct dependence between BTC and other coins prices.

Bitcoin retested the $ 8,000 mark, having formed a “Double bottom” bullish pattern on the four-hour chart. My opinion: Bitcoin will soon jump over the $ 9000.
And how do you think? Will you invest now?

Imho, next stop is the "deep dips"  :)
Not sure does McAfee track BTC price, there are just two months left  ;)

But I'm sure that when Altcoinstalks  will gain more popularity it will become same scam shill platform as Bitcointalk is. ;D
You are talking as if altcoinstalks will become a platform that will scam people or did I misunderstood that?

I'm pretty sure you understood it right, but still playing with my words.
And I don't like when people play with my words.  ;)

I was asking you a direct question.

Not sure is there sense to explain, but I will.

Crypto is the area that attracts exceptional amount of scammers. Hope there are no doubts at this point.
You should know that well moderated telegram channels, with tens of thousands participants, are not able to protect their members from constant stream of fraudulent private messages.

So what about such a huge communities as popular crypto forums, with hundreds of thousands and even millions of daily visitors?
I'm sure that it is almost impossible to track legitimacy of each topic and project there, which means that any famous crypto forum automatically becomes a scam shill platform.

Hope this answers your question.

Ah well, no platform is perfect and this forum also has to earn from something. Everyone can have their own opionion about forum x or y but making accusation without any proof isn't good. Staying in a forum that you think will turn into something else boggles me.

There is no need to call Bitcointalk a forum X or Y. Because for any sapient humanoid, who tracks what happens there during last 2 years, it is obvious that 99% of announced projects are scams and most of discussions are related to scams.
Any crypto forum, which popularity is comparable to Bitcointalk, will attract herds of scammers, and if you have any doubts, it boggles me even more. ;)

According to Alexa rank:
- Bitcointalk has - 12.5K
- Altcoinstalks has - 270K
(Google rank is - 1)
So basically Altcoinstalks  is pretty far from Bitcointalk  ;)
But I'm sure that when Altcoinstalks  will gain more popularity it will become same scam shill platform as Bitcointalk is. ;D

For example: right now BTC volume is back to April-May 2019 levels.
Should it tell us that Bitcoin price is slightly moving towards $5-6K levels?  ;)
If BTC hits those levels next month, it will prove this hypothetical dependency.  8)

Too many fake volumes on exchanges and this is not funny anymore at all because it will do more harm to the crypto market than good.

Concerning harm: look at huge stock markets, I'm pretty sure that their fake volume part is much bigger than crypto one.  ;)

TRON (TRX) Forum + Ecosystem / Re: Opera to add TRON

Opera to add TRON support to its Crypto Wallet.

For more details;

Sounds nice. But news would be much more breaking if Firefox or Chromium add TROM wallet support.

During last days BTC volume continue growing, what makes me think that $9K is fairly reachable level by the end of May.

12
It has been speculated that some exchanges displays Fake volume which with my observation and research know it's true. But in as much that the fact that some exchanges present fake volumes, some of the exchanges have real volume so it's a complicated issue

Current volume growth is not about fake data reported by exchanges.
In my opinion, 2/3 of entire crypto volumes is constantly produced by army of trading bots.

13
Well, I'm pretty sure that most of volumes are still fake. But the price growth is real.
So let's see is it another pump and dump follow, or we experience another historical "step-to-the-moon".  ;)

14
Interesting, but today we see volumes greater that they were in December 2017!
Can it be considered as a serious bullish sign?

15
According to CMC, trading volumes of major crytocurrencies (BTC, ETH, EOS, LTC, etc.), experience constant growth since the middle of 2018. And it's obvious that the number of exchange platforms grows as well as number of trading bots on those exchanges.
But what about actual crypto interest which is represented by real people buying and selling crypto?
My guess is that there is no direct dependence between current crypto volume growth and actual crypto interest.
