Congratz to Altcoinstalks and all of its members. Time flies so fast. It's 3 years old for the forum and almost 2 years old for me to be here.

If you define invest by trading then it's right. Market is bull running and it's the best time for trading. Otherwise, it's said that you can invest at anytime you want. Bitcoin has just had a long jump so it's better to wait a few days and see the market before putting your money.

I'm not sure if this news can trigger a lot of excitement cause we had a lot of news of the same kind already from JP Morgan, Japan's 3 biggest banks and some others. All of them are just digital currencies, based on blockchain and mostly internal used. Crypto enthusiasts want to see much more than that.

You should feel lucky instead. You bought ETH at a really low price and got huge profit selling it. No one can predict this volatile market. I'm sure a lot of people have the same regret as you do when they bought bitcoin in early stages and then sell at the prices of only a few bucks. But again, getting profit is enough, no matter if it's small or huge.

I use Binance DEX and IDEX, it's secure and data privacy is maintained. I don't need to expose my personal information and you need to sign transactions before they are confirmed hence it's safe
Binance DEX isn't really a DEX. It's still largely operated by Binance. Only IDEX is a real DEX. A major problem with DEXes is volume. In comparison with traditional exchanges, DEXes have really small volumes. I'm not using any DEX. I'll only consider it when the volumes get better.

I think it's better to stay away from bounties which pay after 12 months. It's too long to wait. Also, avoid joining bounties that last for too long. Unlike real life, the longer in crypto, the riskier it is. In my opinion, a perfect bounty should be held in 8-10 weeks and payment should be made a couple of weeks after that.

I think this is one of the most realistic blockchain so far. The idea is perfectly matched since China is well known for producing fake products and wine is one of its traditional specialty. I have a feeling that this will be a big hit for blockchain and crypto. Tencent is not only a name, it's one of the largest tech companies in China.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: I am an honest crypto bounty hunter

Serving in restaurants or working in parks & selling goods in market are common jobs for students. I think you're a student, too. I see a lot of students selling products for MLM companies, most of them are low quality products but are sold at high prices. I think your work is more honorable than theirs. Just forget about your friends' thoughts and continue your work, as long as you feel engaged with it.

Scammers don't have the guts to hire a reputed managers to promote their campaigns. Joining a well known manager's campaign helps lowering the risk of being scammed. But this can't clear all the risks. I think you should accept the fact that scams are a part of this crypto world. Just choose a bounty carefully before joining it.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: do we really need stable coin ?
« on: August 01, 2020, 04:12:59 PM »
Yes, we do. Just imagine that stable coins in crypto play the roles of fiat currencies in real world. The primary use of stable coins is to measure bitcoin's price. That said, only a couple of stable coins is enough. We don't need a ton of stable coins like now. The problem with stable coins is authenticity: an USDT must be backed up by an USD.

Being known as a country of hack and crack, it's not surprise to see the number of scams risen in Russia. In Russia subsection in Bitcointalk, scam related threads are created everyday. Anyway, like it or not, Russia is still a crypto country with a lot of good projects and developers.

I don't think it really matters whether distribution or listing comes first. If the distribution comes first then the project dies, bounty hunters are left with bunch of worthless tokens. If the listing comes first then the project dies too, hunters also get a bunch of craps. Thing that really matters is projects must live well and be well developed. That way you can receive and sell your tokens at anytime without any worry.

It's a big surprise that OKEx fails all of the three tests. So far, I always think that Binance, Huobi and OKEx are top 3 largest exchanges. Kucoin, a decent exchange also fails in one test. Aside from these two exchanges, I don't find anything strange with the others.

"DeFi" is the most popular term in crypto world so far. Binance is so fast to catch the trend with its next IEO. But I think Defi trend will be gone as quick as other trends. For now, it's time to take advantages on current DeFi projects.
