Bitcoin is dominating the crypto market. Crypto market's pump and dump depends on Bitcoin. All other coins are no exception. The market is now bearish so all coins including Matic are falling. When the market turns bullish again the price of Matic Coin will rise. So we have to wait till next bullrun.

You have mentioned two very nice points here. Advertising in social media and airdrop. Currently young generation is very addicted to social media. However, if the government of a country accepts cryptocurrency, then cryptocurrency can be easily reached to all the people of that country.

The coins you mentioned here are definitely good coins. But I am not in favor of buying and holding coins long term other than Bitcoin and Ethereum. Because we have seen Terra Luna coin crash. So I favor holding highly trusted coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum. Because money matters.

If the market dips a little, you should buy and if it goes up a little, you should sell.

I never think that altcoins will take over bitcoin and control the crypto market. Since the inception of cryptocurrency, no coin has been able to dominate Bitcoin. Rather we have seen that all altcoins have been dominated by Bitcoin. Bitcoin has been dumped but the crypto market has never been pumped. So I think Bitcoin and only bitcoin will lead the crypto market.
