The world’s high demandable cryptocurrency, BTC, continued to fall down as big investors sold off their positions. The crypto asset logged a 24-hour high and a low of $32,939.54 and $30,875.63, respectively.

Bitcoin is within sight of its all-time peak of just under $41,000 hit in December 2020 and Jan 2021 1st week. It debuted in 2011 at zero and was reached $20,000 in December 2017. I have seen bitcoin go up to 10X, 20X, 30X in a year. So going up 3X ($40,000 * 3=$120k) is not a big deal.

So far I have been searching for the proper information and just think that I have to take help from the community member here on the AltcoinTalk forum. There are some good and reputable bounty managers here and they are managing the bounty programs for a long time.
So my question is:
How to do it? Like what is the proper way of managing any bounty program if you have been offered by someone? The pros and Cons? The share/Price/Charges? all the information a user like me needs.
