俄罗斯议员拟议「货币代用法案」

据 crypto insider，俄罗斯立法者拟议「货币代用法案」Money Surrogate Bill，旨在禁止使用任何数字货币作为卢布的替代品。俄罗斯财政部议员在国有开发银行会议上提议，在货币代用法案中把数字货币替代卢布的货币流动行为定义为犯罪行为，以确保卢布在日益分化的全球货币经济中的未来。在此之前，货币代用仅在宪法中被禁止，尚未转化为任何行政行为。
