For me both are good, but with the increase popularity of Bitcointalk it's make a lot of fraudsters and spam. Altcoinstalk has its own potential and this is good news for the progress of the forum.

Bitcointalk is often banned for no reason. After a while, I saw my banned pumped account working again. It turns out that the administration of Bitcoin is selling banned accounts. Recently, I tried to register with a completely new device, and they demanded contributions in bitcoins from me, because supposedly my IIT was already used for evil. This is completely out of the question and is fiction. My friends also say that it is not possible to register there now.
In addition, bitcointalk has strict censorship regarding statements about bitcoin. For his any criticism, posts are deleted. This is a bad forum.
