The Bounty Campaigns today has change a lot in all aspect!

Bounty Hunters nowadays are already experiencing more abuses compared to the previous years these abuses are ranging from adding extra weeks with the same budget pool, waiting a long period before being paid ranging from 6 months to -1 year but after that timeline, the team won't pay anymore this is a sad reality that Bounty hunters need to endure, bounty term like this which is usually read in the Bounty Thread " The bounty manager and the project team reserve the right to make changes to the conditions at any time"  this kind of condition infinitely give them the right to abuse the bounty participants. I believe this is happening because Bounty Hunters are not united. what are your thoughts about it just give your ideas or solution on how to prevent this kind of abuses.

Whats the issue about not being united? Some campaigns usually dont have care on their participants. So I guess we should think twice which one should we participate. Cause most of the projects are always focus on earning on their token sale and marketing. Conditions on hunters and payment sometime changed and we cant actually benefit from it since its their rule but some managers are good like bubblealex.

I agree that the most important thing must always be a priority and as we all know that bounty hunters are always in things that don't wear and become like they don't care at all because there is no help from those who have the authority to be able to provide space to be able to solve people who often do action to the bounty hunter.

I actually don't agree with the telegram to solve every problem what happens because obviously it won't have any impact, let everything be resolved in the forum they created so that if there is a violation there can be action to close the cheating account, and don't give the new account opportunity just become BM because most of them can be misused. There should be a minimum account that should be used so that there is a deterrent effect if you make a mistake.

there are many ways that can be done but I do agree that there must be cooperation from all because this is for the common interest as well. do not always have to be harmed without an acceptable explanation.

This is the risk that bounty hunters have to face, we can't do anything. the best solution is to always think before joining. if you're not sure it's best to leave.

Yes, I have felt the same. There have been way too many excuses and hurdles to delay, not pay or reduce the earned reward tokens. Some campaigns use swaps to reduce claims, some apply kyc and some just keep delaying due to technicalities, they say.

I think this is the very excuses why they change the protocol so easy and then pass the blame to hunters and says; at the beginning we told you already that at any time change is always possible. Sad reality and so injustice statement. Some are disappointed by not telling the KYC for hunters at the beginning then implement at the end. I hope there are managers who understand the heart and hardships of hunters.
Some of us here are from poor family or let may say country. They are trying to earn from the right thing not stealing or killing someone just to feed the stomach. Unfortunately, the hope has gone and become nothing.

why is this space not offering better bounty. why is the platform not getting more bounty campaigns just like other projects. the admins should work towards this by promoting this platform to developers and marketers . we need more bounty campaigns here please. it is important.

I think not only now, but since the start of the Bounty campaign, hunters have had to be ready to face the risk: maybe the project will fail, maybe the team won't pay tokens or pay less than expected, maybe the token price will be much lower than the price in token-sale... Besides, to ensure the effectiveness of the campaign and the interests of the investors, the bounty manager & project team are always looking for ways to own the right to dispose of or prolong/delay the payment of tokens for hunters...
It feels like the hunters are a low class in the crypto world
The only way that hunters can do this is to carefully research and evaluate the project together before deciding to participate.

If I'm gonna compare it into that year even until now there is still the project that is opportunist and abuser.
But still, there are few bounty campaigns remain legit and giving rewards correctly.

In fact, in 2017, when I started participating in bounty hunters, I rarely experienced delays, let alone not being paid, all made payments according to what was determined in the terms and rarely did anyone dare to deviate because at that time everything was done in the forum so that if there were irregularities it could be discovered and the account may be subject to sanctions. it is especially clear that it is rare for a new account to be BM all accounts with at least SM being the smallest.

but when entering 2018 many new accounts started to become BM and it is clear from the objectives that it can be concluded that if there is something wrong they will not be affected or safe because of the new account.

If you notice mate, In some bounty campaign, the perfect example was DigitalBits the bounty hunters (participants) are not united instead they are busy accusing blaming and ranting with each other which is not good. Not only DigitalBits but some other bounty campaigns too, it has become normal nowadays. I believe that bounty hunters must "UNITED" and not divided because if we are divided we are weak! if we are "UNITED" we are strong that was my point.

it getting worst. most bounties doesn't pay at the end of the work. some will disappear at the end telling your the project is still developing. i wish not call names but the current bounties are not helping matters. the disappointment is getting worst. it looks like most projects have underlining plans on what to do with participants details.

Yes. Now it's very hard to trust a project that actually pays, even a project that looks good at the start can end up being a scam. we can't predict what will happen next after we promote it

How many times there have been all sorts of conversations about misunderstandings with bounty.  You can express your displeasure about this many times, but we can't really change anything.  As the saying goes, whoever pays calls the tune.  Therefore, we can accept these conditions, or refuse to participate in the Bounty campaign.
