What do you think on this scinero that every new cryptocurrency project that is been developed must raise fund through the ico or could be from the ieo is that they don't have what it takes before development of the cryptocurrency project, we all know that many project that collected huge fund as of 2017 down to the year 2019 concluded that the project was not successful that's why they where not able to continue the project the fund they raised gone. RISK. This is the word you must know when you are in crypto industry. Every time you are at risk no matter what you are doing. No one to be blame than ourselves once we experienced unfortunate things. New projects will raise funds because we are just at the beginning to develop the project from funds. Because of less support from what they're expected, the tendency is to slowly close the project and totally leave the community. Not all end up in the same result. Some ended successfully and remains in the market. The result of the fund raising is depends on the team, community, and the market condition.

^ An ICO is almost like an IPO on a stock exchange. collecting funds from people has become one way out to make the company finances healthy, this is a strong reason why collecting funds from people is very important for a new project or new company.

But in 2018 and 2019, the amount of total assets decreased a lot. Again at the present time the amount of total assets has increased much more. So I think new and old coins or tokens have improved.

Devs can do something with their own money, something small and local. They can code for free or do it during free time or doing parallel other work. But they need funds for promotion. Otherwise how can they do their product demanded?

Money is the basic needs to support the project progress. Without money, no allowance to give to the team who builds and work for the project success. No money, simply no live. Money is the gas to make the project possible. It is like you want to travel to different country. In order to travel you need money to buy the tickets. Without money you cannot process the tickets. So the simplest and cheapest way to raise money is by offering a share of the project by issuing a token as a representative of that project value.
