Where to save private keys?

So everything is so unorganized, tons of apps, tons of wallets, private and seed phrases saved in phone text file.

I wanna know how are you guys keeping your private keys/ seed phrases?

There are many devices and ways to store private keys. You can use USB sticks (with encryption), keep them on paper in a safe place that is only within your reach, or as I have used them more, engrave them on high-strength metal and keep them in a safe box. But I'm sure there must be more ways.

Mine may sound a little bit off, but who cares is what I do. I have more than 1 Facebook account so I copy the private keys and paste them on my other account. Now in a situation where any of this account is been hacked I'll just move straight to the DM and forward to another. Though my account won't be hacked.

I suggest backing up the private key to another cellphone or on the computer that you are using, and also backing up your key by creating a collection of keys and extracting it into a zip or something else, and you can save it in online storage, but change the name of the private key. ...

Everything is or is a personal thing. But we will keep our personal things in a place where no one outside can see.  We see different times our different personal things get hacked.  A few days ago my account was hacked. I kept my private in a very good place but it was hacked even then. But I keep my personal things in my private notes.  Even after that my account has been hacked. Anyway, keep all your personal things in a very sensitive place so that there will be no problem later.

I save all my personal data on paper in a specially prepared notebook. I create, print, and paste into the notebook. And I put the notebook on the shelf. Yes, it seems time-consuming, but there is no way to read or copy my notebook from the net.

My suggestion: Safety deposit box, or similar. Print-off seed words. Be creative with security, you are your own bank

The best way is to write in a paper and store it somwhere in a safe place. Also make copy of the paper and keep it somewhere else in case first is lost. I dont think you should store them on any device as they can get broken.

I have created a google sheet for all my private keys, everytime when I created a new address in any wallet, I will save the private key in that sheet. Then I connected the sheet to my Google drive so it is very safe and I can log in to my drive on any device and anywhere if I need to use my keys!

@Dreamer I understand what you've done, but personally I find it too risky. You say yourself that you can access it from any device, but those devices are connected to networks, may have security flaws, or may be "attacked" by hackers. I have always preferred my private keys to be laser etched onto metal or heavy duty laminated paper, I prefer to have them physically nearby rather than on any device connected to any network.

In the point of safe keeping of our price key, seed phrase (mnemonics) is a very important thing to do, in other to avoid the threat of blossing/misplacing them. This is something that has to be kept in a place where only you as the owner has a full access to, so as you alone would be able to give account of anything that goes wrong. Using offline storage is said to be the best, which really is. There are lots of other methods used online, like wallets that provides the combination of hot and cold storage for the safe keeping of private key, seed phrase(mnemonics).
To me, the physical storage remains the best and safest amongst all.

The private keys are best to be kept offline, written on a paper and kept privately in a secret place with ease of access and away from any compromise. Might be a long process but I strongly believe it's the best way. Private keys are so much sensitive and all necessary precautions are to be taken in keeping them safe and and accessible.

There are so many ways of saving our private Keys as for me I normally write down my private key in my diary and hide it we're no human can find them. There are so many ways to save private keys. or I will either store it on my computer which I barely use I think it we be safe their. Offline is the best means of storing our private keys. If we store them online and the site or platform we use in saving  them got hack we may not have asses to them again. another means of saving our private keys, USB drives we can also store our private keys on our USB drives. And also Flash drive we can also save them on our flash drive

It may be an idea, but personally I would not keep my private keys in a bank either. If I ever have tax problems with the tax office, it is possible that sooner or later they will access that box and have access to my funds and all my transaction history.  That's why I don't like the idea very much, I prefer to have my private keys close to me. We have to go to the banks without valuable things, they could rob us .
