Trading on emotions is the worst thing for a trader actually. Of course, it's almost impossible to get rid of emotions while we're trading, because you're worried about your accumulations and deposit, however this feeling can be suppressed by the realization of the fact that you have to leave this money. If you understand that you unrlined particular sum of money for trading, then perhaps it will be much easier for you forget about any worryings. Anyway, we're human beings and it's susceptible to us being bothered about everything. I guess due to trainings and strong wills you will be able to leave these emotions.

Yes i am agree with you great advise.. when i was new i buy some coins and suddenly market will crash and make me sad then i got panic and sell in loss, when market will go in pump my favorite coin goes too high and make me feel sorry for my decision...

Yes you are right I did the same as you mentioned but now I think I'm mature enough to handle loss stress but i still need patience.

Right, just be patient holding your coins if the price will go down and buy some more cheap coins and hold because for sure the price will recover soon. Patience is the key my friends.
