What they must do is to support the market to always increase till reaching a specific target. If they want to buy some coins, they must already do it in the previous corrections. On the whole, this may be correct reasoning, but it has not yet worked in this situation. We see that prices in the cryptocurrency market fell for no apparent reason last month and they are still far from recovery, although there is almost one week left until the end of the year.
