I have a question that who many of you know about the real mining sites because I have worked on many mining websites and most of them are fake. Only one or two were real which gave me a withdraw.           
                                   I want to know that if anyone knows about the Real Mining site which is giving a good profit then tell me.

Yes it is about the legality.
However if it is about legit or not, I am considering about the cost of output to spend and also the income that we will gain. So far, if we are a small miner, the results will be small enough and it may not be enough for mining equipment and electric. So, it is not really profitable or legit right now, different with the time in 2017 or less.

Commonly there are some reviews about mining sites and you can check them although they may be not valid. And before doing mining, it is better to search with keyword:
Mining application scam accusation in some certain forum.
Btw, it is really sure that you must be more careful when deciding which site to mine exactly, if this is suspicious, better to leave them
