I know that all tokens have their own algorithm on MINING

You do this and do that, then you get free token... Or you do staking.

But is there any token that really offers real mining system? like.. really practical mining.

Are you referring to a token from a project that is really into mining? Yeah, I think we have those operating and being traded in the market these days though am not particularly a fond of this type of token because in most cases the growth is quite limited and can be subject to the ups and downs of the mining business. Though I supported some of them when they got into bounty promotional campaigns or some airdrops but so far nothing really gained some value...but I am waiting for Spider Pool just in case they can be releasing the tokens they promised to us.
