I want to know ,
What does Neo offer more than Ethereum ? Or is it just a Chinese copy?

No, I think ethereum is still the best smart contract platform. Ethereum is always be number second on CMC. Neo is good technology but not popular as such as ethereum. Many tokens project have been integrated to ethereum.

I think NEO is very potential bit not so popular as ethereum, I agree with you. NEO will have bright future but I don't believe NEO can be number two on CMC as ethereum. I still believe Ethereum will exist for along years again.

Of course, Ethereum is going strong now. Ethereum price is $1,667 now. I prefer in Ethereum than NEO, I have used Ethereum for short term investment and trading. That's very profitable and Im really enjoyed it.
