BTC ATH in 2025 prediction: Parallel channel ~$150K

First of all, this is not financial advice. I have no interest or responsibility in other people's investments. I share my technical analysis opinion, I hope it will be of reference value for everyone.

I have read many topics predicting BTC's ATH in the cycle 2024-2025, but none of the predictions are really clear enough and presented on the price chart. This prompted me to create this topic to share my views and receive constructive feedback from everyone.

My predictions for BTC ATH:
1. BTC ATH in 2025 prediction: Elliott wave & Fibo Retracement ~$160K
2. BTC ATH in 2025 prediction: Parallel channel ~$150K
3. BTC ATH in 2025 prediction: Trendline ~$170K
4. BTC ATH in 2025 prediction: Linear Regression ~$170K

1. Unrealistic expectations

In the market, we often see many very simple ways of analyzing and predicting by connecting two consecutive peaks to predict the next peak, without any verification. BTC is also predicted by many people, but it is not difficult to see that this method was very crude and inaccurate in the past: we have not seen any 3 peaks located on the same straight line.

+ Those predicted BTC would reach $490K in 2017 failed.
+ Those predicted BTC would reach $250K in 2021 failed.
+ Those predicting BTC will reach $250K in 2025 will likely continue to fail.

2. My approach

I don't like cycle peaks because they are very short-lived and do not represent either a bullish or a bearish trend.

On the contrary, I really like the bottom areas because that is where energy accumulates and represents that the price chart is very well supported in an uptrend.

I temporarily use OABC to represent volatility.
The parallel channel is formed by 2 consecutive bottoms and 1 peak.
Wave BC only retests the middle line of the parallel channel: showing market balance.

3. Verification and prediction

a) 2017: correctly predicted peak at ~$18.5K

b) 2021: correctly predicted peak at ~$60K

c) 2025: assuming peak reached in November 2025 ~ $150K

Overview:  2017 - 2021 - 2025

So my prediction for BTC's local ATH in the upcoming cycle is $150K.

This prediction is confirmed by many other methods that I will present in the future.

It's amazing If there is prediction about ATH at 2025 accurately. But Unfortunately  No one can do it . It's just predictions, Sometimes will be wrong. But by seeing the bitcoin performance and several indicators I think bitcoin has potentially to hit more $ 100K. But I don't  know the exact number .
Hopefully $ 150K will be reachable

Everything just stopped at the prediction, and any prediction had its own errors. I hope that history will repeat and the parallel channel approach will give us a predictable price with a reference value in the next cycle.

I also hope BTC will reach $ 150k, if BTC can reach a higher price, the better ^^

Every new uptrend, investors eagerly predict BTC's ATH. Last time, many traders predicted that BTC would be 100k USD or even 500k USD in 2021, but they were all wrong when BTC reached only 69k USD. PlanB also had to blame the FED for raising interest rates, otherwise BTC would have reached 100k USD as in his prediction, what a joke!

I think this time BTC will surpass 100k USD and not be able to reach 200k USD because the upward momentum has gradually weakened after each season. 150k USD is also the price that many people are waiting for, it's just that few people give specific analysis like you. They often predict based on their feelings and just take a representative number

PlanB uses linear regression but uses Log(Price) in S2F instead of Log(Time), I think this is an unscientific way of doing it using less data than Harold's approach.

I don't trust PlanB, I think PlanB is a media channel from Market Maker. I don't place any expectations on PlanB's predictions. I will believe in my own prediction because at least it has been verified in many previous cycles.

Ok, I also find this funny because many people draw and predict even though that method has not been effective in the past, maybe they don't have the mindset to verify what they are doing. If history is not correct, it is difficult to believe that the present will have results, because tech analysis has the basic foundation of believing that history will repeat itself when approaching similar situations with similar methods.

I also just think that next season Btc will only reach 150 thousand dollars. Anything higher is probably not sustainable anymore, it will easily collapse to a price zone about 40 thousands.

Ok, I also find this funny because many people draw and predict even though that method has not been effective in the past, maybe they don't have the mindset to verify what they are doing. If history is not correct, it is difficult to believe that the present will have results, because tech analysis has the basic foundation of believing that history will repeat itself when approaching similar situations with similar methods.

I also just think that next season Btc will only reach 150 thousand dollars. Anything higher is probably not sustainable anymore, it will easily collapse to a price zone about 40 thousands.

Each person's opinion and approach will be different. I respect their efforts and judgments, but I cannot believe in those unfounded predictions ^^

Currently we can only predict and have a certain price zone to expect and monitor. If BTC grows stronger and has a peak  higher than $150K, it's not bad, investors will have bigger profits. My prediction is not to advise holders to sell at that price, but when it breaks through that price zone and forms a reversal signal, we should be mentally prepared for a decline because it seems like the market has increased enough for the whole cycle.
