After having the second refund request i find myself forced to put this rule.
We do not refund anything. If we open the refund possibility then we will become hostage to ranks and to money.
But unfortunately other technical and business reasons make refunds not possible.
I recently restricted/banned a patron, he requested refund after my action, and the refund was not granted.
This is to say, that in no case we do accept refunds.
If we did not live up to your expectations, we will do our best to do better, send us a message and we will try harder.
