These post at the same time in Marketplace in Vietnamese. I guess these are a bunch of bots.

President can check IP addresses in meantime...

the same IP, mnixxo or admin will label the accounts not verified,
I didnt have  acces to give label..

They don't stop spamming so it is not about clone badges only, it is about something like misbehaving group also.

OK have added +20% warning so they are moderated for now. Will move them to misbehaving if they continue.

This bunch of accounts is a multi account so easier adding them to misbehaving right as they register a new acc. They don't stop and I suspect that it is an automated posting — at least it is strange to publish something in wrong section from multiple accs again and again. And this one acc posted a new topic already as expected.

Yes, all of those accounts follow several common patterns. The account owner is careful not to violate certain rules so that the accounts are not penalized much more quickly. The admin said he had something in mind for multi accounts, let's wait and see what it is and how it works.
