People buy bitcoin because it is the first cryptocurrency and has gained much trust in the crypto market. Bitcoin has made a legacy of $20K and with this, people believe it can still hit back that price again and even beyond. Personally, i'm still buying and holding more BTC.

Well people make decisions based on past experience and the knowledge that they have about something. Since the inception of bitcoin it has moved up in prices to huge amounts that amazed everybody. It got to a time it was selling above $15k USD. But for the past three months we have witnessed a steady reduction in the price of bitcoin even though this evening has seen some slight increasement people have the belief and the hope that bitcoin will rise again in the upcoming months. That is why many investors are still purchasing some bitcoins which i am one though. Please save some coins because green days are coming soon.

That is good decision to buy more bitcoin while not yet reaching 20k price. I also believe that it will reach that price again and probably above 20k sooner.

Because they trust Bitcoin even though they can't predict the value of it, but still they know that time will come , that value of it will rise again . So trust is the main reason for me.

Everybody, including me, is saying that investing in bitcoin will get a profit! At present, there are many ICOs projects, so many opportunities to make a profit! and most of the people buying bitcoin for big profit it is just like investing waiting for the right moment that the price will be high.

No body ever dreamt of bitcoin hitting $20k by the end of last year yet it happened. Once it has been there, there before, there is the potential to reach there again. Myself, am planning to buy more bitcoins and hold, now that the price is down and i know i will laugh dollars soon

I thought so too, even though the price is low at the moment but definitely it will comeback again and hits it price again or even higher this time. Bitcoin is still a very good investment and it will always be.

Other people still buying a bitcoin because of they dream to become a rich man and that's also i dream to help my parents to build a business .And for now the price of bitcoin is so low and this is the right time to buy for more profit you earn.

Thats right mate its better for now to buy bitcoins and hold because as youve said it hits $20k and some experts predictions it will by pass last peak price of bitcoin so it will be more than whats the high price last time.

Yea that's the question I am asking all the time. The only answer comes to my mind is - people are stupid and follow main stream. No one wants to think.

Because they are watching too much yellow press and don't really understand what is the right timing for purchase or right coin as such.

In my opinion, why there are still many people who invest or buy the Bitcoin is because they still believe that Bitcoin is the king of the cryptocurrency. They still believe that BTC has the high value and it becomes the pioneer of the other altcoins.

People who buy or invest in bitcoin are one who really understands and has the dream to improve their lives. They are the one who are knowledgeable to this thing.

Yeah im agree with your thoughts mate, we know its hard to believe thats many people investing bitcoin but theirs a lot of token and affordable but having a bitcoin and smart investing im sure it will be a big profits to come until the bull price comes.

At the end of 2017, Bitcoin revealed that it could reach a price of 20 thousand dollars and people who today buy Bitcoin for 7-8 thousand dollars understand that Bitcoin has good growth potential and can again cost 20 thousand dollars and even more. This desire to get rich is pushing people to purchase Bitcoin today.

I don't think people buy bitcoin on these days, after they saw terrible declines. But presumably now is the best time to buy. Not only bitcoin but all altcoins are incredibly cheap. It seems that those who take risks and buy coins will gain a lot.

I would still invest bitcoin. As you have said this is a trusty invetment. And many business man are involve to it. And other things. Bitcoin price now has a very low value this month. And maybe they increasing this coming ber months. So if i have a money i invest now before its to late.

People buy bitcoin now and hold till the price raised again which will yield a huge profit as it may hit more than $20k the next time it will peak. It a big chance for those who were not oppotuned to get it before to buy now since the price is low.

Well, I don't think everyone is investing for just profit. For me is an insurance if things ever get really bad in the future for our economy. On global crashes people return to gold to keep their money safe. I guess that they will probably return to bitcoin as well when the next crash occurs.
Also bitcoin could really become a reliable currency in the future. If it ever achieves that, it will have to become a global currency, meaning that $16k is just to low. So who cares if it will take 5 years or more. If bitcoin succeeds in it's goals it will be much more valuable than it is now, and it could actually become an option to be used, and not just to be sold for profit. What will a merchant do, when people will start asking to pay with bitcoin and not with anything else?
This is something that I doubt gold will have. People will not start using gold as a currency, but bitcoin will probably take that path and become more valuable and useful than gold.

Most probably people buy bitcoin for the current price of bitcoin in the market. Next by thinking of huge profit when bitcoin goes to moon. No negative reason all views before buying bitcoin are positive. Profit, earnings, investment for long term and possible asset in the future.

People still buying bitcoin today because we believe that we will earn something big in the future. For example, if i buy bitcoin today in its current amount that amount might become double or even triple in the couple of months or years depending on its demand. I am actually hoping that the price will increase in few months because i already invested in bitcoin.

People will buy bitcoin because of the popularity and with the hopes that this will give them a good profits in the future with doing a long term investment. Many speculations that this will rise to $1M per bitcoin in the future due to decentralize currency and sooner the supply will become less with more investors will buy and hold their coin.

I think the good reason why people still keep buying bitcoin because this digital currency is promising to earn huge profits particularly when market comes in bullish run. And also its price is unpredictable that will probably reach up to the highest peak particularly when supply is low and the demand gets high.

People still buying bitcoin for they have genuine hope of price increase. Without hope basically they won't avail even a little amount of bitcoin.

Just look at previous years of bitcoins and you will realize. People always think bitcoin has come to a peak but they will suffer after some time because every single year past bitcoin has increased more and more by thousand times.

Yeah i mean to this date I still haven't seen where Bitcoin is hackable.. and even though in lots of fud right now, with lightning network it should be much improved.. and even if it isn't im willing to accept its shortcomings technology wise as long as I get to keep the decentralization of its current system. Anything giving you lower fees or higher transactions per second is gonna compromise in another area, its just the fact of it.

For it will surely recover from its drastic fall. The decline is bad signs for everyone who hopes to rise. In other hand the decline is a good sings to avail much bitcoin on its decline. One thing for sure it will rise.

I don't understand, why wouldn't people still buy bitcoin? Especially now when the price is so low compared to the $20,000 it hit earlier this year. It's kind of a no brainer honestly, bitcoin is one of the few ways to get involved with crypto currency trading as well.
