As a beginner, in order to be successful, i would advise you shoudn't be in a rush to participate in any bounty for now. Spend some time on the forum and learn from the old members. ( Re: How does a biginner get success on the forum)
-To copy a post you have to click right button on the mouse if you use dekstop
- to copy a post you have to keep long press on the title and then you will get the copy link address option.
- to save the link you can paste it to your digital note book.

Actually, you need to define your meaning of success in order for us to help you better.
If you want to be of a higher rank, the task will be very easy, just that it is going to be tedious to reach the highest rank. You just need to keep posting and once the milestone is hit, you will move up in rank.
However, it will take a lot more to get the translator verified, or mod title. For these issue, you will really have to show evidence that you are up to the task.

Just post an informative and a positive posts. There are numbers of posts required for each rank.
