I read the article and it gives me hope.  Binance seems to be growing bigger and more influential.  Maybe if this project is a success, they can do more.  Unfortunately the article didn't explain how this crypto bank is decentralized, and how it differs from a normal wallet that you can make yourself.

It's time for blockchain technology to be recognized by the world government and can be used by people all over the world. With the existence of a bank blockchain that names the region as a blockchain island, it is hoped that blockchain technology can be a better consideration so that it can be used in all financial aspects and other fundamental aspects.
