Hi guys I just want to share and get some opinion from you guys about FPGA mining.
What I learned so far, FPGA will be the next big thing in crypto mining. Why? Because, the hash rate is 10-20x faster than the best GPU device (GTX 1080 Ti) and the power consumption is lower too! The reported hashrate are crazy https://fpga.guide
Approximately 5000 FPGAs will be mining this September. Some developers are working on it right now, probably some of the bitstreams for FPGA will be released this August. I think this will hurt GPU miners profit (which already is).
For me, it's best to invest some time to learn more about FPGA. I found this tutorial very useful https://fpga.guide/4a-Howto-AWS/
