I'm getting more fascinated about crypto and would like to know more your opinions. What coins are worth investing at the moment according to you guys?

In my opinion not popular coins are also worth checking. Proper research is so important of course, but sometimes it's the intuition. I invested in FTO which is not 'on top' but I consider it as a good decision.

I like low price coins. I got lots of LEND, FUN, SC, buying some TRX soon since it's tanked HARD. Obviously Bitcoin and ETH are good investments as well. Entire market is down, you can't really go wrong investing in anything right now that is a confirmed project. Stay away from unconfirmed ponzi schemes though.

Currently I was also wondering where people invest in crypto and what their reasons and motivations are... some friends and colleagues of mine are also very interested in crypto, and I already have heard a few times that they prefer low price coins or also coins that are not that 'famous' .... but I think thats different from investor to investor... Personally now I'm also thinking about invest in low price coins, but we will see.... looking forward to read more opinions here :) cheers!

Hi @vegasus I will definitely agree with you regarding the ETH and EOS. I'm not sure about the Ripple but I have to admit that I'm not an expert. I will add the FuturoCoin to the list. For me it is trustworthy project with a great potential. I invested a little bit in it and as for now I cannot complain about the profits. The price is changing dynamically so it is good to have a finger on the pulse.

I think sometimes it is good to look a little bit deeper. I invested in coin which is on much lower position on coinmarketcap, but I can not complain about the profits. Some projects on early stages can bring a really good income, better than 'old dogs' like BTC or ETH. Personally, I invested in FuturoCoin and ECA.

In my humble opinion, btc is no longer an investment for regular players like us. Big business, big corporations, whales, even governments got interested in it... and look at the recent price changes. That's why I think that only altcoins can give something to earn. I would choose FTO for investing because it is relatively new and already has many supporters, and the prices are good.

Well, it is interesting that even among the experienced traders there is no single opinion as to the investment in BTC and altcoins. Some in the new year will buy more BTC, others will turn towards other coins (like ETH or less known projects like FuturoCoin). I choose this other way and I hope it will bring me a profit. I will choose the same path as you. In my opinion, BTC will not grow as fast as in 2017. It will still be in many wallets, but altcoins, like the FTO, can gain in importance and become worth more. It's interesting that whenever there are drops, everyone talks about the decline of cryptocurrencies. Was it the same when the stock market in the last weeks when there were such big drops?
