I don't think ripple is scam. I think the only reason of why some are calling it scam is because this token is back up by centralized system which is some are not in favor to it.

Not. Actually Ripple is not a fraudulent coin. I am still playing at Ripple and investing in it. It's just that Ripple is still using the banking system which means it is still centralized. So I prefer Ripple because I think there is minimal risk. So Ripple is not a Scam.
