I'm confused, the World Cup in Russia finished almost 6 weeks before you posted this. Did you mean are football clubs in general accepting Bitcoin? If so, I have no clue about the Russian league; but I read recently that some Premier League clubs have signed a deal with eToro, and wouldn't be surprised if more were on the way, both in England and worldwide.
